- For all new clients looking to enroll their dog in Smart Doggy Daycare or Stay & Play Overnight Care please use the New Client Registration to submit your doggy and human info in advance.
- Current veterinary records can be uploaded via the new “Owner Portal” you create OR feel free to email/have your veterinarian email the records to us at info@bayviewbark.com. Please see our complete list of Health Requirements here.
- After sending your dogs completed health requirements, be sure to go into your new account and sign the Policies and Requirements Contract and the Agreements and Release Contract, add your info and your dog’s info, then call to schedule your dog’s Behavior Assessment (required but free!).
- Please note we can only schedule Behavior Assessments after receiving proof of all the health requirements.
